James is a Civil Engineer with 15 years’ experience in structural construction and transport engineering overseas and in New Zealand. For the past 8 years, he has been the Corridor Manager Representative for the Christchurch City Council in his role as the Asset Protection Engineer. He is also a first year New Zealand Utility Advisory Group (NZUAG) Board Member.
